Erbil Football Club is set to compete in the quarter finals of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup after defeating Uzbekistan's Neftchi 4-0 in yesterday's home match.
Erbil player Muslim Mubarak scored the team's first goal forty minutes in.

Abdul Razaq Hussein then netted the second goal at 69 minutes in.

Amjad Razi later scored a goal at 88 minutes, followed by Luay Salah's at 92 minutes.

The quarter final games for the AFC Cup will begin on September 18.

Yesterday's match kicked off at 6.30pm in Erbil's Franso Hariri Stadium.

Erbil FC's coach and captain said yesterday that they expected the match against Neftchi to be a challenge.
