Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki asked the Iraqi parliament to withdraw trust from his deputy, Salih al-Mutlaq, who is one of the Iraqiya List leaders.

The news was announced by Yassin Majeed a member of parliament from the State of Law bloc led by al-Maliki I, during an interview broadcasted on al- Iraqiya state TV on Saturday night.
