Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani , on Wednesday, in Saladin Resort , received Martin Kobler Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Iraq.

The two sides, at the meeting, exchanged views on political developments and the current crisis facing the political process , in addition to problems between the State of Law and al- Iraqiya List.

President Barzani , presented his point of view in detail on the current situation in Iraq, he stressed that the political parties can address the crisis through dialogue .

The President of Kurdistan Region , also stressed the need to hold an extended National Conference in order to address the problems in Iraq and outstanding issues between the Federal government and Kurdistan regional Government (KRG).
