Tara Abdul Rahman Abdul Qadir, a higher studies student, who studies genetics (DNA) at the Ottoman University of Hyderabad, the Republic of India, has won the 2011- 2012 Women’s Award , where she was chosen among thousands of foreign students in India, on the back of her efforts in the field of her study.

A special ceremony was held on this occasion On April 03 by the "The International Council of Indira Pradesh," , Tara and her husband were granted Indian citizenship.

Tara, was born in 1984, city of Kirkuk, a graduate student at the Technical College at the University of Kirkuk .
