Kurdistan President Barzani on Tuesday received the speaker of the Iraqi parliament , Osama al-Nijaifi in Salahaddin to discuss ongoing events in Iraq .

During the meeting, both sides discussed proposal for the security file in the disputed areas and solving the current crisis between the Iraqi Central Government and Kurdistan Regional Government.
