Kurdistan Prime Minister Barzani arrives in Halabja to open Projects
Kurdistan Prime Minster Nechirvan Barzani arrived in Halabja on Sunday morning on a visit during inaugurate a new projects in the city of Halabja.

The Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani arrived on Sunday morning, to Halabja city to put the foundation stone for dozens of projects costing hundreds of billions of Iraqi dinars as 160 billion will be allocated for the project to provide drinking water. Fouad Othman, Director of media and Ministry of Martyrs said that PM Barzani arrived this morning to Halabja and will start its activities by putting a wreath of flowers at the martyrs monument in the city and then laying the foundation stone for the project to deliver drinking water to the city at a cost of 160 billion dinars from Japanese grant to lay the foundation stone for 88 other projects at a cost of 154 billion dinars in Halabja city and sub-districts as Sirwan, Berah and new Halabja.

Othman also pointed out that PM Barzani will meet with officials of the administrative units of the city with associations defending the rights of the victims of Halabja, as well as victims of chemical attacks and Anfal operations suffered by the city.
