President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani had sent a congratulate letter in the 38th anniversary of founding the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.

Kurdistan President Barzani congratulated the Secretary General of PUK and his Deputies as well for all his members, stressing that the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan had scarified a lot in his path to freedom.



President of Kurdistan Region had wished President Jalal Talabani Secretary General of PUK a speedy recovery and a quack return to home.
