Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the European Union plans to visit Kurdistan, government officials announced.

During a visit of a delegation of Kurdistan region’s representatives to the Office of European Union of Foreign Affairs, it has been announced that Catherine Ashton, the High representative of the union is planning to visit Kurdistan this coming week.

A delegation of Kurdistan region’s representatives visited the office of Union of Foreign Affairs for Europe under the supervision of Delavar Ajgeiy, KRG’s representative for Europe.

During her visit to Kurdistan, Ashton will hold a meeting with the President of Kurdistan, Masoud Barzani.
