Car bomb had blasted targeting convoy of the federal army in an area east of Mosul, the blast had killed at least 25 people and injured 18 others including army members, security forces said.

A blast had reportedly targeted the army convoy in the area of Kokalge east of Mosul killing 25 people including the army members and injuring 18 other including civilians.

Source also said that an explosive device had blasted targeting police convoy also east of Mosul resulted in injuring 2 policemen.
