Anti-Muslim Film Director Freed From Prison
The man behind an infamous anti-Muslim film says he likes President Obama but thinks his administration has acted irresponsibly.

In his first interview since being released from prison, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, director of The Innocence of Muslims, tells CNN he was shocked when the administration linked his movie to the Benghazi attacks that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others.

"Because, you know, I never thought, my movie can cause anyone trouble or anyone can get killed from my movie," he said.

"I don't blame [President Obama]. He has a lot of responsibility," Nakoula said. But he was stunned when UN Ambassador Susan Rice linked his film trailer to Benghazi.

"Guys, before you do anything, please give yourself time to think about it, because you are responsible people. You are in a place—you have to be responsible in it." CNN notes, however, that actors in the trailer say Nakoula misled them about its content, failing to explain it would criticize Mohammed or Muslims.
