First Kurdish National Congress to be Held on Sept 15th
Kurds from Syria, Iran, Iraq and Turkey will held their first national congress on 15 to 17 of September 2013, preparation committee of the congress announced today in a press conference broadcasted by Rudaw.

According to the information released by the preparation committee, the national congress has 600 members from Kurdistan of Iran, Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Kurdish Diaspora. “40% of the members are female from all parts of Kurdistan” the committee added.

Kurdish national Congress will host 300 foreign guests including European parliament members and ambassadors of other countries.

The committee also invited the representative of neighboring countries and all bordering states that are dealing with Kurdish question inside their countries.

All Kurdish political parties including the exiled Kurdish oppositions have come together from Syria, Iraq, Iran and Turkey to hold the first Kurdish National Congress in Iraqi Kurdistan.
