Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister Masrour Barzani met, on Friday, with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, during his first official visit to Greece.

During the meeting, they discussed the latest political developments in the region. The two sides also discussed developing and expanding relations between the two sides, especially in the economic and investment fields.

Masrour Barzani, on Thursday, arrived in the Greek capital, Athens, at the head of a government delegation on an official visit, the first of its kind.

It is scheduled that the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government will hold meetings with senior Greek officials to discuss ways to strengthen relations between the Kurdistan Region and Greece and regional and international developments.
