The President of the Kurdistan Region, Mr. Nechirvan Barzani, paid a visit to the Iraqi Embassy in Abu Dhabi in the middle of his visit to the United Arab Emirates on Saturday.

In a meeting with Mr. Muzaffar Al-Jubouri, the ambassador and staff of the embassy, they discussed the Iraqi-UAE relations, the situation and the affairs of the Iraqi people in the UAE. They also stressed the importance of the development of cooperation between the two countries.

President Nechirvan commended the Ambassador and the staff of the Embassy for their work and efforts in furthering the ties and wishing them success.

For his part, the Iraqi ambassador and the embassy staff expressed their pleasure at the visit of President Nechirvan Barzani to the embassy.
