High-Level U.S. Officials Visit Israel to Discuss Security Assistance and Diplomacy

U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin made a quick trip to Israel on Friday, meeting with senior government leaders and inspecting U.S. weapons and security assistance delivered to the country during the early days of its conflict with the militant Hamas group.
