President Masoud Barzani of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) welcomed a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar. The delegation, led by Secretary General His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi, included notable figures such as Ambassador Sultan bin Mubarak al-Kubaisi and Consul General Hussein Ali Saleh al-Fazala.
