Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani on Tuesday , January 17, in Saladin Resort , met with Harry van Bommel, member of the Dutch parliament and Head of Foreign Relations of the Dutch Socialist Party.

Bommel , during the meeting , stressed that all world states must recognize the notorious Anfal Campaign and the chemical attack against the City of Halabja as genocide and crimes against humanity.

President Barzani for his part thanked Bommel for his efforts .

the two sides discussed the latest developments on the political arena in Iraq, where President Barzani stressed that all problems could be resolved through commitment to permanent constitution.
