New changes are made in the food Ration Card system of Iraq: the card is written in Kurdish as well as Arabic, the food items decreased to four essential items (except for baby milk) including rice, flour, sugar and cooking oil, and the card is given to citizens for two years 2012-2013, Sulaimani Ration Card management director Bayan Ahmad told PUKmedia.
