The Director General of Karbala police announced the arrest of 13 wanted persons , one of them is wanted according to Article 4/terrorism, and another arrested in possession of a large quantity of drugs.
the intelligence and investigations patrols in Karbala were able to arrest a wanted person according to Article 4/ terrorism , another 3 were also arrested , one of them is wanted on kidnapping charges in Om al- Hawa checkpoint (30 km east of the city), Major General Ahmed Zweni infprmed PUKmedia , adding that after receiving intelligence information a drug dealer was arrested in his residence where more than 3 thousand drug tablets and 51 bottles of alcohol found.

The security forces also arrested 8 wanted persons on robbery charges , 2 of them are residents of Dhi Qar province another from Najaf and the other 5 are inhabitants of al- Askari and al- Amel neighborhoods west of Karbala, Zweni clarified.
