One person has died and at least two others have been wounded in a violent attack near a military training barracks in London.

According to media reports, a British soldier was killed in the incident. Police have not commented on whether it is terror-related.

British Prime Minister David Cameron has called a meeting of his government’s emergency Cobra
committee – which only deals with incidents that have implications for national security.
