Today, Monday, President Masoud Barzani received Basra Governor Asaad Al-Eidani in Salah al-Din.

During the meeting, they discussed the political situation in Iraq and the challenges facing the political process, as well as the situation in Basra Governorate and the living conditions of the people of the region.

The Governor of Basra expressed his appreciation for the progress and prosperity witnessed by the Kurdistan Region in various fields.

The meeting also focused on developing a culture of coexistence and historical relations between the people of Kurdistan Region and the city of Basra.
