In an official visit, Martin Kobler special representative of UN Secretary General arrived in Kirkuk today March 1, a source from Kirkuk media office of UN told PUKmedia.

He will discuss the upcoming election and developments in the city with the governorate Dr. Najmadeen and head of Kirkuk provincial council Hassan Toran. They will hold a press conference to declare the consequences of the meetings, the source added.
