President Jalal Talabani has sent a cable of congratulations to the U.S. President Barack Obama on the National Day of his country (the Independent Day).
President Talabani wished a good health and success to President Obama and further progress and prosperity to the American friendly people.

President Talabani , reiterated Iraq’s keenness to enhance friendship ties and expand horizons of cooperation with the United States of America in all fields in the framework of the Strategic Agreement between the two countries.
