29 Jan (Gulan Media) For the first time the conference of Arab Universities Union will be held in the capital of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Erbil on March under the supervision of Kurdistan President Massoud Barzani.

More than 200 universities will participate in the event and it is organized by Salahaddin University in Erbil.

Iraq hosted the confrence in 1979, and the first time Erbil will be the host city.

This conference holds in the Arabic countries annually. It will be held in Erbil this year and it will have own importance for the region especially for Human Capacity Development project.
