Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani met Turkey Deputy Prime Minister Hussein Celik in Salahaddin summer camp in Erbil.

Turkey media said the Kurdish deputy and Barzani have discussed Ankara peace talks with Kurdistan workers’ Party (PKK) disarmament and the Party’s withdrawal from Turkey soil.

Celik in the meeting has expressed his country’s hope and effort to boost ites with the region.

He is due also meet Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani to discuss the some issues.

Celik will also attend the inauguration ceremony of two Turkish schools in the region.

A Turkish literature PHD graduate, Celik has conducted many studies about Political and historical events in Turkey and a number of other countries.
