The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) confirmed today, Tuesday, that its units were subjected to missile attacks, which they described as serious, in Al-Omar field area, Deir Ezzor countryside, on Monday.

According to a statement published by the media center of the Syrian Democratic Forces, about the missile attacks inDeir Ezzor, the advanced military bases to fight ISIS in Deir Ezzor were subjected to serious missile attacks, yesterday, Monday, explaining that the attacks focused on the forces present in Al-Omar field area in the countryside of Deir Ezzor.

The statement, which was published by the SDF on its official pages, indicated that the damage was limited to material losses only, adding that SDF "conducted several precautionary actions in the surrounding areas to prevent any movements by Daesh terrorist cells."
